Most recently, Flink served as the general manager for Honeywell Security Middle East, where he opened the first office in the region and established the sales, marketing, technical support, and supply chain to serve customers in 22 countries.

Flink joined Honeywell in 2003 as the vice president of marketing for ADI North America. He was asked to launch the company’s international expansion in Europe, where 32 offices were opened in the first year. Under his leadership, ADI completed the acquisition of Gardiner Groupe Europe and extended its international operations into 14 countries across the region.

“Michael is an accomplished leader who brings a wealth of experience in delivering results that are influential in driving business growth,” said Tom Polson, president of ADI. “I look forward to working with Michael as we continue to expand ADI’s position as a leader in distribution.”

“I am very proud and excited to be part of the ADI team. Our company is well positioned for growth, and we will continue to focus on helping dealers increase their businesses and maximize their value,” Flink said. “With our product offering, market knowledge and experience, I am confident ADI will continue to grow and expand our customer relationships and initiatives.”
