ADI Offers Training Opportunities at EHX

Melville, NY — ADI invites dealers to visit booth 402 at the Electronic House Expo (EHX) in Orlando next month to attend Boot Camp training presentations designed to increase their business opportunities and stimulate growth. These sessions will introduce dealers to new solution areas that may help increase sales in a competitive market.

In addition, ADI is sponsoring CEDIA University’s Learning Lab which offers dealers hands-on experience to help enhance their technology education. Visitors will also have a chance to win an UltraThin HD Hitachi 37-inch flat-screen monitor.

The Boot Camp presentations featured in ADI’s booth will educate dealers on new technologies to help diversify their businesses and uncover new revenue opportunities. The 30-minute sessions will provide useful information on lighting control solutions, home solutions, HDMI cables and the latest in label and badge making products. Presented by leading vendors including Leviton, On-Q/Legrand, DYMO, Luxul Wireless and Invisions Technology, these Boot Camp presentations will familiarize dealers with new technology and provide them with the knowledge they need to sell and install these solutions.

As a sponsor of the CEDIA University Learning Lab, ADI is providing dealers with the opportunity to become immersed in the technology experience by providing a training room fully equipped with the latest technology. The Learning Lab will feature cable and termination testing products and home theater audio and video calibration solutions, and will host a series of training courses tied to the technology. Participants will be able to take what they learn and apply it directly to their work in the field.

Attendees are also invited to participate in the ADI Training Checkpoint for their chance to win an UltraThin HD 37-inch Hitachi flat-screen monitor. This interactive promotional program encourages dealers to visit the booths of some of its leading vendors during the show to learn about their product lines. Once all vendor checkpoints are completed, dealers will be entered into a daily drawing to win the prize.

“By developing ADI Boot Camps and sponsoring the Learning Lab at the EH Expo, we are training dealers to make money during these tough economic times,” said John Sullivan, vice president of sales at ADI. “As we are faced with a challenging economy, ADI remains dedicated to its customers and will continue to move forward to provide the tools and opportunities to help them remain competitive.”

The ADI Boot Camp training presentations will be held daily in ADI’s booth during the show, and will feature representatives from Leviton, On-Q/Legrand, DYMO, Luxul Wireless, and Jeff Boccaccio of InVisions Technology. The daily drawings for the Hitachi flat screen will take place in ADI’s booth on March 12 and 13 at 4 p.m.
