Almo Professional A/V has invited resellers, integrators, and consultants to “Experience Their Future” during a one-day continuation of its E4 AV Tour in Atlanta, GA on April 27. E4 Atlanta will feature the same career-building content as the event in Washington, D.C. last month, with new highlights, including a “Solution Corner” demonstrating the use of products and services from Almo Pro A/V for commercial integration projects of different sizes and scopes.

“This is the first tour stop since our acquisition announcement with IAVI last month so we are looking forward to having our combined staff at this event to meet with attendees,” said Melody Craigmyle, vice president of marketing for Almo Professional A/V. “The new ‘Solution Corner’ on the exhibit floor showcases the integration of products and services for digital signage from NEC, Peerless-AV, TrippLite, tvONE, and Almo Content Creation and Installation Services.”

“As always, the good people at Almo Pro A/V hit another E4 event out of the park,” said Doug Evans of VSGi, speaking about the past even in D.C. “There were useful and meaningful training sessions, the opportunity to earn additional InfoComm CTS renewal credits and a very solid product Expo that gave me the chance to spend more time with the manufacturers to learn about their products in greater detail.”

Eric Hoyt of Creative Technology Group added, “My E4 experience was exactly what I wanted it to be: informative, entertaining and hassle-free. The product Expo kept me and my coworkers current on new products hitting the market and the classes informed us on how to use them.”

The Solution Corner will show complete video solutions starting from content design and installation assistance to hardware housing, connectivity, power, signal distribution, video processing, interactivity, displays, and placement mounting for different digital signage applications in a wide range of environmental conditions.

The Atlanta E4 event will begin again with a keynote focused specifically on 4K. Led by Gary Kayye, founder of rAVe Publications, the session discusses the misinformation about 4K, such as exaggerated specs, compatibility, and performance. Kayye will outline how to specify, sell, and integrate these systems right the first time with facts and share the top four applications for 4K.

The E4 Experience workshops allow attendees to get hands-on experience participating in two different practical application sessions focused on designing a huddle space and creating digital signage using some of the industry’s leading AV products. E4 Atlanta also includes a full day of educational sessions on topics ranging from the HDBaseT Installer Expert Program and creative video wall designs to outsourcing third party services and audio networking fundamentals.

The E4 AV tour has traveled to cities around the country to provide product, technical, and business training to thousands of resellers and installers while creating a forum for professional networking. The E4 program offers AV professionals a full day of educational sessions worth of InfoComm Renewal Units as well as exclusive access to the newest high energy AV products and services.

E4 Atlanta will take place on April 27 at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, GA from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. It is entirely free — including parking — for Almo Pro A/V’s reseller, integrator, and consultant partners. To register, click here.
