Arlington has released the 8161PM, a one-piece pole-mount box.

The 8161PM is designed for face down installations of security cameras and electrical accessories on a rigid pole or pipe.
Fast and easy to install, non-metallic 8161PM attaches to a round non-metallic or metallic rigid pipe with hose clamps. It holds cameras and other electrical accessories up to 50 lbs.
The box can be mounted to rigid pipe 3-inch to 6-inch in diameter, and accommodates cameras, electrical accessories with mounting holes wider than 4.5-inch apart.
