AudioQuest has appointed Shane Buettner to the newly created position of director of education.

Buettner most recently served as the editor-in-chief of Home Theater magazine for the past three years, and prior to that was video editor at The Perfect Vision.
“My career in consumer electronics has been dedicated to achieving the ultimate in music and cinema reproduction, and sharing that quest with others,” Buettner said. “I have always embraced AudioQuest’s core philosophies as an integral part of this pursuit. I’m thrilled to be part of the team and I am looking forward to working with all the AudioQuest people around the world.”
