AudioQuest has appointed Matthew Hegt as regional sales manager for the northeastern U.S.

Hegt will be covering the states of NJ, NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, and ME. In the New York Metro area, he will work closely with AudioQuest’s representative group, Thea Integrated. He will also manage AudioQuest’s distributors in Canada and Latin America.
Hegt brings with him over twenty years of knowledge and experience in the consumer electronics industry. Because of his passion for music and audio, he spent his college years working retail at The Wiz. Upon graduating, he expanded his career experience with Pioneer, Directed Electronics, and most recently, D&M Holdings (Denon, Marantz, and Boston Acoustics).
Hegt is passionate about the consumer electronics industry and truly believes in forming and maintaining meaningful relationships with dealers and distributors. He will be based in Manalapan, NJ and will start with AQ as of April 2.
