Valencia, CA–In an effort to better serve its customers, Auton Motorized Systems has published installation manuals for its automated lifts on its website, www.auton.com. Installers now have 24-hour access to technical information under the Auton University section of Auton’s website where installation manuals can be downloaded. The site even offers visitors the opportunity to view an installation video.
“Offering our installation manuals on-line is a great opportunity to extend our customer service beyond our normal business hours, said Joe Hernandez, technical support manager at Auton Motorized Systems. “This is especially helpful to our customers who are located in other time zones who may have installation questions. They don’t have to wait to speak to someone live.
Auton is planning to offer installers the opportunity to become certified Auton installers through an online training module. Look for this feature to launch in Spring 2008.
