Autonomic has announced that the Mirage Media Server platform is now Crestron Connected and fully supports the Crestron media player application.

The application is available to all Smart Graphics enabled interfaces, including the TSW touchscreens with high-resolution graphics and vibrant colors. The integration of this solution provides dealers and programmers native interactivity with Crestron processors and touchscreens and a dynamic browsing and playback interface with very little programming.
Crestron touchscreens enable the creation of dynamically rich user interfaces with efficiency and functionality. The Crestron media player application provides customers with all of the rich media control they’ve come to expect from Autonomic, available now on their favorite Crestron touchscreen.
Autonomic’s Mirage Media Server natively provides customers with complete control of iTunes content and streaming services, such as Spotify, Pandora, Rhapsody, Last.fm, TuneIn Radio, and SiriusXM through the Crestron media player application on their Crestron touchscreens and iOS devices. And programmers can integrate fluid gesture-driven controls, animated feedback, metadata, embedded apps, and full-motion video.
When combined with a Crestron control system, the Mirage Media Server allows users to control and distribute multiple streams of audio to every room in the house. Additionally, with its integrated Apple AirPlay functionality, users can send music from their favorite Apple device to anywhere in the home with the press of a button.
