AVAD Associates Earn Certifications
AVAD associates from locations in the United States and Canada recently completed their DSCE (Digital Signage Certified Expert) and UEWA (Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Administration) certifications.

AVAD associates from locations in the United States and Canada recently completed their DSCE (Digital Signage Certified Expert) and UEWA (Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Administration) certifications. These trainings are part of an ongoing initiative at AVAD to provide associates with the expertise to better serve customers with strong, relevant skill sets.
U.S. and Canadian AVAD associates joined the Ubiquiti Training Academy at local locations to earn Ubiquiti’s world-class training and accreditation. The two-day UEWA training is designed to prepare tech pros for the challenges of working with enterprise networks through hands-on lab activities. A Ubiquiti certified trainer presented topics from WLAN fundamentals and planning to wireless troubleshooting. With networks driving much of today’s technology, AVAD’s newly certified associates are now prepared to bring their wireless network admin knowledge to their dealers to resolve IP issues promptly and help them make their jobs profitable.
Concurrently, AVAD branch associates from across the United States and Canada earned DSCE accreditation recently through the Digital Signage Experts Group (DSEG), a group created to provide certification, advancement, and advocacy for the digital signage industry.
“We are very excited to have associates across North America earn these accreditations,” said Lei Lei Trock, senior marketing manager at AVAD. “AVAD continues to invest in and support their associates by providing access to training programs such as these. Seeking these accreditations becomes contagious with our associates as they see how this knowledge directly helps them support our integrators on a daily basis.”
Both Ubiquiti Training Academy and Digital Signage Experts Group have programs scheduled across North America that are designed to create and enhance the customer experience and associate knowledge. Programs are developed with customers in mind, and associates are able to better understand how to improve their customer experience.
