Van Nuys, CA — AVAD, LLC, a U.S. distributor of custom home entertainment technology has established its new headquarters in Van Nuys, Calif. The move establishes a centralized headquarters for the companys newly combined operations and growing national corporate staff.
AVAD combined its 11 separate operations previously joined by marketing and buying agreements into one company known as AVAD, LLC in July when it was acquired by global technology distributor, Ingram Micro. The team established at the new headquarters will lead the integration and growth efforts, and provide internal support to AVADs 28 distribution centers. The company will use the additional capital and resources gained from the acquisition to continue to expand its product portfolio and develop new services and training for custom low-voltage installers across the U.S.
