AVAD has launched Quote Builder, a customizable dealer sales tool that allows the quick generation of professional estimates in real time from anywhere with internet access. Solving the issue of large projects requiring complex and time consuming estimates, the new tool will aid dealer sales efforts, track invoices, and organize orders.

AVAD Quote Builder affords AVAD customers the ability to save, email, or print quotes directly from their dealer account.
Quote Builder provides U.S. dealers with a convenient and fast tool to generate detailed proposals while at their office or directly from the job site. Offering a high level of customization, dealers can name each project and assign a project identification number for easy tracking of jobs and client records. Products can be organized into custom sections, such as “Kitchen” or “Home Office”, and dealers can assign individual product notes meant to help each respective client feel comfortable with the recommendations and job scope.

Allowing dealers to upload their company logo directly into the system, AVAD Quote Builder can output a personalized professional document with fully itemized sections to ensure that each customer sees only the information they prefer. Making it easy to assemble a quote, the comprehensive AVAD product assortment is available in the fully searchable system, including product names, brands, and SKU numbers. Dealers can optionally toggle the appearance of dealer prices and SKU numbers to create both project budget documents for their records or a project price list for their customer. Entering a tax rate also allows dealers to save time, as seamlessly integrated calculations automatically estimate the sales tax and summarize totals.

Existing quotes can be sorted by date or quote number as well as searched by title keywords for easy retrieval and updating. Thanks to its integration with the fully transactional www.avad.com, any quote can easily be converted to a live order when the time comes, which makes fulfillment as easy as clicking a button.
