AVAD is celebrating the success of their inaugural holiday gift drive, “Distribute a Smile,” to support Big Brothers Big Sisters locations across the United States and Canada.
AVAD had the opportunity to bring smiles to many faces through the generous donations of dealers and vendors alike after raising nearly $3,000.00 of cash donations and over 430 gift items collected through their “Distribute a Smile” program. Dealers had the opportunity to donate items to their local AVAD branch or online from December 7th to December 18th and receive exclusive deals from participating vendors, such as Calrad, Current Audio, HEOS by Denon, Key Digital, MartinLogan, Nest, Niles, Panamax, Peerless, PROconnect, and WyreStorm.
Following Distribute a Smile, donations were taken to Big Brothers Big Sisters locations throughout North America to benefit children during the holiday season. For more than 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that every child has the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brother Big Sisters strives to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally support one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better.
