AVADs Canada Facility Ready to Open

Distributor of custom home electronics first canadian location opens January 21 in Toronto.

Van Nuys, CA–Custom home electronics distributor, AVAD LLC, will officially open its first Canadian location in Toronto on Monday, January 21. With this launch, AVAD will bring its blend of brands, training, and service to Canadian custom installers and retailerstwo groups poised to service one of the fastest growing CI markets in the world, according to industry analysts.

AVADs Toronto location, a 26,728 square-foot facility, will include approximately 6,000 square feet of showroom space. It will house a classroom training facility, multiple display areas, a dedicated theater room to display AVADs latest technologies and products and ample warehouse spaceall advantages that make up AVADs trademark. The Toronto facility is located at 205 Courtneypark Drive West, Suite 103 in Mississauga, Ontario, and dealers are invited to visit the location beginning Monday. A Grand Opening dealer event will follow on February 7.

An additional focal point of AVADs new Toronto facility is the accessibility it will provide to dealers. Local dealers will have a convenient pick-up area, while AVAD will ship products to dealers in the eastern Canadian markets from the new location.

To spearhead AVADs venture into Canada, Deena Ghazarian, project director for AVAD-Canada, will lead the companys market entry and execution, focusing on building strong B2B relationships with dealers, while affording vendors the ability to expand their presence in the Canadian marketplace.

With an expertise in launching new branches, Jake Bailey, branch manager of the Toronto location, will oversee the debut of the Toronto facility. With many years of AVAD experience, he plans to build a team that will serve Canadas custom installation community with the same attention to service displayed throughout other North American locations.

As sales manager for eastern Canada, Scot Kerek will be the primary sales contact for the company in the Canadian marketplace. He will also work in selecting AVADs business partners.
