Invenshare.com, a private marketplace for dealers to buy, sell, and trade excess inventory, and Azione Unlimited (AU), buying group for custom retailers and integrators led by Richard Glikes, have formed a special dealer program for Azione’s member dealers.

Invenshare.com becomes the newest vendor in a hand selected group of world-class vendors, with Azione Unlimited offering member dealers even more value from their AU membership.

Richard Glikes stated, “For years dealers have been talking about a website that would expedite the alleviation of distressed inventory. Invenshare has a simple to use, inexpensive way to accomplish that task. Azione Unlimited is excited to be first to adopt this exquisite platform.”

Eric Thies, founding member of AU and principle at DSI Entertainment, stated, “Invenshare is a great way for Azione members to free up capital tied up in slow moving inventory. I look forward to Invenshare solving this problem for our group.”

Invenshare.com is a private web marketplace that connects dealers’ excess inventory in the cloud. Member dealers can easily and quickly add excess and unwanted inventory into the system. When they need something, Invenshare is their digital warehouse where they can instantly search by manufacturer, category or model number. Once they find what they need, Dealers can purchase, make an offer, or even offer to trade for the product.

The idea for Invenshare was born during a manufacturer’s training seminar when a group of dealers were out to dinner. One dealer had spent a few thousand dollars on a touch panel several years prior which they used for a promotion with the local Ronald McDonald House. After a few months, they got it back and it sat on a shelf in the warehouse. The dealer mentioned that they’d be happy to get $1k for it, and another dealer across the table said, “I’ll take it for that.” Two years later, Invenshare was built to meet this need on a national scale.

A key feature for Invenshare.com is the “Exclusive” product feature. It is in the dealers’ hands to determine whether or not a product can be purchased by another dealer who is authorized to sell the product. When dealers sign up, Invenshare vets them based on the products they are authorized to sell. When a dealer then marks a product as “exclusive”, it can only be seen and purchased by other dealers authorized for that particular manufacturer.

Industry titan and CEO of OneFirefly Ron Callis, Jr. said of the site: “Invenshare speaks to a genuine need within our industry. Josh Willits deserves a lot of credit for devising a solution and bringing it to fruition. He’s a great guy with a tremendous idea, and we anticipate great success for this new service.”
