Global Caché has entered into a strategic partnership with Bang & Olufsen. The partnership ensures integration of Global Caché connectivity hardware and Bang & Olufsen’s new IP based BeoLink Gateway, part of the B&O BeoLink SmartHome. Used together, any IR, serial, or relay device can be network-enabled and automated using IFTTT (If This Then That) commands and become part of the IoT (Intenet of things) infrastructure.
Global Caché products are based on open systems and industry standards enabling easy integration and compatibility with other technology products. Global Caché hardware connects IR, serial, and contact closure device to a WiFi and/or IP network so it can be controlled, automated, and maintained by network-based software.
Bang & Olufsen has launched the BeoLink SmartHome where a multitude of technologies can be integrated through a secure, remote, cloud-based connection enabling control of hundreds of third-party devices and home automation systems.
