BidMagic will be unveiling its new version 8.9 at CEDIA in booth 2033. This update powers up the company’s MEGAPECS online product search tools with more than 3-million downloadable AV and security products.
For mobile techs, the product adds signature capture, photo capture, and client text message notifications to the company’s Tech Calendar mobile apps. Techs can view their schedules with GPS maps and directions to job sites.
Field techs can open work orders and service tickets with detailed notes and view the description of work. Techs mark tasks complete and clock in and out of the job and can also record travel and send back notes from the field. All of this information is sent back to the office where time cards are created and progress is reviewed. Tech Calendar combines desktop power in the office with cloud flexibility in the field.
