Osterville, MA--Savant Systems has added the B&W Group and Aprilaire to its Excellence in A/V cooperative program. The initiative aims to achieve global compatibility between Savants Rosie control systems and a diverse group of best-in-class manufacturers from the audio, video, lighting control, HVAC, and security industries, as well as devices and subsystems from many related markets.

Participation in Savants Excellence in A/V cooperative program will facilitate the seamless integration of the B&W Group and Aprilaires device protocol within the Savant system environment.

The B&W Group is delighted to participate in Savants Excellence in A/V program. We believe it is extremely important for all companies involved in the audio/video industry to work together to deliver products and platforms that provide what the consumer really desires performance, value, and simplicity in operation, said Scott Rundle, director of marketing at the B&W Group. Together, Savants Rosie control systems and the B&W Group brands fulfill that need perfectly and profitably.

The core of Savants technology is an open programmable platform supporting UDP/IP, TCP/IP, RS-232/422/485 and IR serial communication, and Low Voltage Trigger Outputs.
