North Reading, MA–The B&W Group has announced that long-time industry executive, Peter Wellikoff will retire as president after twelve years with the company on December 31, 2007.
During his tenure, Wellikoff has been responsible for the successful organizational growth and development of the Bowers & Wilkins, Classe Audio, and Rotel brands in North America.
Upon making the announcement public, Wellikoff said, I will miss the B&W Group a great deal, but its time for me to move on to the next phase of my career. While placing a greater focus on my family and community is a priority, I plan to stay involved in consumer electronics serving as a PARA board member and continue my volunteer work for the CEA while exploring additional industry related opportunities.
