CABA Holds Tours, Forums and Networking Events in Toronto

CABA's Intelligent Buildings & Digital Home Forum, sponsored by LIGHTFAIR International, Siemens Industry, Inc., and Schneider Electric, will bring together leading organizations involved in the integration of intelligent building systems and connected home technologies.

CABA’s Intelligent Buildings & Digital Home Forum, sponsored by LIGHTFAIR International, Siemens Industry, Inc., and Schneider Electric, will bring together leading organizations involved in the integration of intelligent building systems and connected home technologies.

The Forum will be held at The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, a day before USGBC’s Greenbuild event. In the morning, Dr. Zouheir Mansourati, vice president, Broadband Implementation from TELUS, will give the keynote address and will speak about the Internet of Things.

CABA will offer attendees the opportunity to experience an “integrated systems tour” of spectacular facilities that include the: Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Barnes Foundation, Lincoln Stadium and the Drexel Smart House. In the afternoon, attendees will caucus and openly discuss the latest developments in the intelligent buildings and connected home space with leading subject matter experts.

Topics will include: building retrofits and life-cycle costing, cybersecurity, connected home monetization and interface with electric vehicles. Attendees will also have an opportunity to network with CABA’s 24 Board members and 120 other attendees at both a networking lunch and dinner.
