In order to qualify for Wilson Electronics certification, Capitol’s technology specialists had to complete a rigorous training session that culminated in a formidable test on the advanced technologies behind Wilson’s extensive selection of signal boosting solutions for a variety of cell phones and cellular devices.
In addition to ensuring a bulletproof knowledge of the company’s product line, Wilson Electronics certification gives Capitol’s tech support team a special VIP pass to skip to the front of the line when they themselves have follow-up questions for Wilson’s in-house product specialists.
