Capitol has announced that Panasonic and Toshiba will be among the consumer electronics manufacturers participating in the 2012 Capitol Learning Institute (CLI) Expo, scheduled for April 29 – 30 at DoubleTree by Hilton in Bloomington, MN, located approximately 10 minutes from the St. Paul/Minneapolis International Airport.

The two join a select group of companies – including KEF, Onkyo, URC, ZeeVee, and Monster – as Capitol seeks to provide a comprehensive training program covering the newest products and technologies available for custom installers and integrators.

“We are proud to have such a strong and enduring partnership with Panasonic and Toshiba, two of the strongest brands in consumer electronics,” said Jeff Kussard, Capitol’s director of strategic development. “Both of these industry leaders exemplify the value of the CLI Expo as a platform for educating the best in the custom installation and light commercial markets.”

“Capitol takes its training seriously, and the CLI Expo is an excellent forum for integrators and installers interested in staying on top of the latest and greatest in consumer technology,” said Peter Erdman, VP, distributor and buying group sales, Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company. “That’s why we continue to support Capitol and participate in the CLI Expo, because – like those who attend the training – we find that it leads to better business.”

In addition to Panasonic, Toshiba, KEF, Onkyo, URC, ZeeVee, and Monster, Capitol will soon announce additional participants in the 2012 CLI Expo.
