Indianapolis, IN–Beginning in June, CEDIA will offer CEDIA University core curriculum courses in a live Webinar format. These courses are designed to provide individuals with real-time education options that are convenient and easily accessible from their home, office or available computer. Additionally, the live Webinars allow individuals to participate in interactive discussions with the instructor to further enhance their educational experience.
Most of the new Webinar courses are designated as preparation courses for CEDIAs Advanced EST and Designer certification exams replacing the current all-day review courses. This is a convenient option for individuals who are interested in preparing for various certification exams offered at CEDIA events throughout the country or to earn continuing education units to maintain CEDIA certification.
The first live e-learning Webinar course will be offered online at www.cedia.org/education/elearning_webinar.php on June 3 at noon Eastern with additional live e-learning Webinars scheduled for every Tuesday and Thursday at noon Eastern, June-August. Each e-learning Webinar course will be recorded and available in CEDIA Universitys e-learning library for students unable to participate in the live version.
