CEDIA to Highlight Sessions For Large, Small Contracting Operations at Conference

With time running out to register for its yearly management event, the organization emphasizes the benefits of attending next month's gathering.

Indianapolis, IN–Among its numerous features and benefits, CEDIA Management Conference will offer two categories of breakout sessions this year–one track geared toward smaller electronic systems contracting businesses and the other track designed for larger organizations.

These specialized Strategic Management Forums offer CEDIA Certified Instructor insights and small-group discussions on diversification and market expansion, future strategic business planning, increasing capital, and branding and marketing. Because small and large companies may use different operating procedures, the ideas and materials developed in the forums will be more strategically aligned with the sizes of the companies participating, and may be immediately implemented following the conference.

The forums are two-hour breakout sessions that combine standup instruction and small workgroups. Attendees will work together with their peers to develop materials that can be taken back and implemented in their businesses.

The 2007 CEDIA Management Conference is scheduled for February 7-10, 2007, at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Jacksonville, Florida. This top-level management event is open to CEDIA Members and non-members.
