Minneapolis, MN — Chief Manufacturing has launched an all-new Education Center portal at www.chiefmfg.com. The Education Center contains a wide variety of resources to educate users on Chief products, service, resources, and industry-related topics.
“The Education Center gives our customers one place to access the latest educational information, features and specifications on new products, industry news and installation tips,” said Laurie Englert, director of marketing. “Plus, it provides a place for Chief to solicit customer feedback — a key component to helping us to evolve our business.”
The Education Center includes product information, upcoming industry events, feature-based videos and animations, and access to Chief’s Knowledge College online training modules. Also included on the site are FAQs, a glossary of common terms, and a News & Commentary section where users will eventually be able to share/post comments regarding the topics listed. These are just a few of the items that make up this new online resource.
The Education Center provides the information necessary to understand why Chief’s product features are important, and how they affect AV installation and labor costs.
