Clare Controls will bring its home automation system to Willowcroft Manor, a Taylor Morrison community in Columbine Valley, CO. Clare Controls will be working with a local integrator to provide its standard home automation lifestyle packages in all of the homes built in this new development. Potential homeowners will be able to preview the Clare Controls experience firsthand in the model homes on site.
The Willowcroft Manor automation packages will be delivered through a working relationship between Clare Controls, the integrator, TekRedi, and Taylor Morrison.
Each Willowcroft Manor home will include Clare’s CLIQ controller—the “brain” of the automation solution—plus whole-home Wi-Fi, a programmable thermostat, several circuits of automated lighting, and more. Homeowners will then select packages to add applications for convenience, safety, and fun to the unified automation solution. Each home will come with a control interface utilizing an iPad mini and charging dock station. They will control all of Clare’s lifestyle applications securely, through a single, personalized interface on their iPads, iPhones, and Android phones, from any location.
