Clare Controls, a provider of configurable and intuitive home automation systems, has announced the appointment of LP Hench Company to serve as a manufacturers sales representative.
LP Hench Company will help bring the Clare Controls product line to dealers throughout the southeastern U.S. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, LP Hench Company provides dealers in the Southeast with access to the industry’s top products as well as training and support services.
“I’ve experienced Brett’s success as a dealer in Florida first-hand, and as a member of the company’s advisory board, I’m excited to introduce the Clare Controls product line to dealers in our region,” said Mike Hench, president and owner of LP Hench Company. “The cloud-based technology that Clare Controls has developed will increase dealer efficiency and create a collaborative relationship between Clare Controls and its dealers. The ClareHome solution will dramatically improve the deployment of home automation systems, while giving the end users unparalleled control. ”
“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to form this partnership with LP Hench Company,” said Brett Price, founder and CEO of Clare Controls. “When we set forth to find a manufactures sales rep for Clare Controls in the southeast, we were dedicated to finding a company that upheld the same commitment to superior dealer support as we do at Clare Controls. LP Hench Company has clearly demonstrated it shares that same vision and we look forward to working with the team there to give more dealers access to products from Clare Controls.”
Clare Controls’ flagship product, ClareHome, is the first home automation system managed from the cloud and run on a Mac. By utilizing cloud-based technologies, dealers can configure, deploy, service and monitor the ClareHome solution, while the system runs on a Mac mini locally in the home.
The ClareHome solution enables end-users to control their homes through Apple iPads, iPhones, and web browsers, and to modify their own user experience within the system. By accessing the cloud-based Applet library, the user may customize their interface instantly without the help of a professional programmer or technician.
ClareHome from Clare Controls will make its official debut at CEDIA EXPO 2011. Attendees to the Clare Control booth (#4866) at CEDIA EXPO will have the exclusive opportunity to demo ClareHome and meet with the executive team at Clare Controls.
