Visits with more than 700 dealers in 33 cities confirm the outdoor living industry is moving beyond individual products to complete outdoor living environments.

Coastal Source has successfully completed its inaugural 2026 Road Tour

Coastal Source has completed its inaugural 2026 Road Tour, a 41-stop nationwide educational initiative that brought the company’s latest innovations directly to hundreds of dealer partners across the United States.

According to Coastal Source vice president Pete Sepesi, one message emerged from the tour with remarkable consistency: The outdoor living industry is evolving beyond individual products toward complete outdoor living environments that seamlessly integrate outdoor audio, luxury outdoor landscape lighting, power distribution, and intelligent design. Homeowners are no longer asking dealers to install isolated technologies; they are asking them to create sophisticated outdoor environments that extend the comfort, beauty, and functionality of the home’s interior.

“The greatest takeaway from this Road Tour wasn’t simply enthusiasm for new products,” Sepesi says. “It was confirmation that our industry is changing. Dealers are increasingly designing complete outdoor living environments rather than specifying individual products. They want integrated solutions that help them create extraordinary homeowner experiences while simplifying every stage of the project, from specification and presentation through installation and long-term performance.”

Running from May through July, the Coastal Source Road Tour supported the strongest product expansion in Coastal Source’s history through live demonstrations, networking, and hands-on education. More importantly, it provided the company with an opportunity to hear directly from dealers about changing homeowner expectations and the growing demand for integrated solutions that simplify every stage of the project, from design and specification through installation and long-term ownership.

That evolution aligns directly with Coastal Source’s expanding portfolio. Every innovation showcased during the tour reflects the company’s belief that the future of outdoor living lies not in standalone products, but in complete outdoor living environments that are easier to design, easier to present, easier to install, and built to perform for years in even the harshest environments.

Dealer feedback consistently highlighted enthusiasm for the new Coastal Source Design Studio that simplifies system design, specification, and client presentations while helping dealers accelerate project turnaround. Dealers also praised the expanded lighting portfolio, including VIA, developed in collaboration with Lutron through its Native by Design program, alongside the continued evolution of the EVO platform.

Beyond Design Studio and new outdoor lighting, dealers praised the breadth of Coastal Source’s expanding portfolio of outdoor audio and power solutions, including the PowerSource power distribution platform, together with the new 1000 Series Bollards, Ovation, Pathfinder, Cube, and Contour loudspeakers, demonstrating how each contributes to a fully integrated outdoor living environment.

Hosted in partnership with Coastal Source’s nationwide network of manufacturer representative firms, the Road Tour connected with dealers across the country.
