Cohn Leaves D&M; Organizational Changes Made

Phil Cohn, D&M’s senior vice president of sales and marketing for three audio brands, left the company, which is also making organizational changes, said Jim Caudill, D&M’s chairman, president and CEO.

Kevin Zarow, Marantz’s sales and marketing VP, is taking on the new title of senior VP of sales for the Denon, Marantz, and Boston Acoustics brands and will report directly to Caudill. The company will also create a new product marketing VP position to lead the company’s Denon and Marantz product development efforts, Caudill said.

Cohn left D&M today, September 2, after seven years, “to pursue career interests outside of the consumer electronics industry,” the company said in a statement that wished Cohn well.
