Control4 Expands Management Team

Dan Strong assumes CFO role; Brett Molen to lead software development team.

Salt Lake City, UT–Control4 has appointed Dan Strong as chief financial officer, and Brett Molen to lead software development team.

Strong assumes overall responsibility for all financial activities at Control4, reporting to chief executive officer Will West at a time when the company says it is experiencing unprecedented growth and new market opportunities.

“As Control4 continues its rapid growth, Dan’s expertise and background in
finance and technology make him a critical asset to our team,” West said. His experience is vital to driving our continued rapid expansion into the broad market as the platform for the digital home.”

Strong’s experience includes more than 20 years in finance and management. “I couldn’t be joining a better management team or a more exciting,
cutting-edge company and market opportunity,” Strong said. “Control4 is clearly changing the way consumers and markets think about home automation. I look forward to supporting the companys continued rapid growth and the complete transformation of the home automation industry for the broadest market possible.”

Prior to joining Control4, Strong spent five years as the chief financial officer at iBAHN, a leader in hospitality networking.

Brett Molen’s role as vice president of software engineering, places him in charge of all software engineering development for Control4.

Molen’s experience includes more than 14 years in technology and software
development. “Control4’s management team has built a company that truly

Prior to joining Control4, Molen co-founded and served as chief
technology officer at iBAHN, where he helped take the business from start-up to a world wide enterprise connecting 18 million users annually in 24 countries.
