Control4 Expands Online Training Program for Dealers

Control4 has revealed its latest online training for Control4 dealers. As part of Control4's interactive continuing education program, Is Your Website Doing Its Job?, will be hosted in two separate sessions set to take place on Wednesday, March 20, 2013.

Control4 has revealed its latest online training for Control4 dealers. As part of Control4’s interactive continuing education program, Is Your Website Doing Its Job?, will be hosted in two separate sessions set to take place on Wednesday, March 20, 2013.

The first session starts at 8:00 a.m. MDT and the second at 4:00 p.m. MDT. Each one-hour training session will provide Control4 dealers with straightforward, actionable changes that can be made to help enhance the credibility, lead-generation capability and overall effectiveness of their company websites.

“The development of the Control4 Online Dealer Training Program is a direct response to dealer need within an evolving marketplace,” said Jim Arnold, Control4 senior vice president of sales. “Our dealers know that in today’s digital society you have to make your presence known, and like social media, both search engine optimization and effective website design are critical to their online brand. The upcoming training sessions will be lead by Derrick DeYarman, inside sales and marketing director at THAT! Company, a preferred Control4 vendor. DeYarman will present the latest recommendations and guidance for developing highly effective and optimized business websites, with successful content that efficiently drives qualified leads and improves overall brand credibility.

Attendees can expect to walk away with a better understanding of:

• The five pages-at a minimum-a business’s website needs to have
• The six most often overlooked elements to have on every single page
• Five absolute no-no’s for a company website
• Four techniques to effectively and creatively convey unique selling points, in ways that make a difference

Two live sessions of the Online Training Webinar for Control4 Dealers will be hosted on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. MDT and again at 4:00 p.m. MDT. The session will also be recorded so that dealers who are unable to attend live may still benefit from the information when it is convenient to their schedules.
