Effective immediately, Madrid will report directly to Core Brands director of business development and customer experience Joe Lautner. Madrid comes to Core Brands from Kaiser, where he focused on streamlining business processes and customer support deliverables. Before Kaiser Permanente, Madrid was a senior manager at North American video game publisher Wargaming America, heading all initiatives of the fast-paced global customer support. Prior to Wargaming America, Madrid led support at Mindjet, a mind-mapping software company. As senior manager of customer support and service for the Americas and Asia Pacific regions at Mindjet, he built, trained, and managed a team of 10 that provided customer service and all aspects of technical support. “Tim comes to our team with a history of support experience in technical fields,” Lautner said. “Core Brands strives to create an exceptional customer experience for each dealer working with our connected home and commercial solutions. Tim’s particularly strong background in software support will allow him to bring a fresh outlook to the AV industry and provide our valued customers with the best support possible.
