Core Brands Appoints Timothy Madrid to Manager

Nortek’s Core Brands has appointed Timothy Madrid to manager of technical services. Effective immediately, Madrid will report directly to Core Brands director of business development and customer experience Joe Lautner.

Madrid comes to Core Brands from Kaiser, where he focused on streamlining business processes and customer support deliverables. Before Kaiser Permanente, Madrid was a senior manager at North American video game publisher Wargaming America, heading all initiatives of the fast-paced global customer support. Prior to Wargaming America, Madrid led support at Mindjet, a mind-mapping software company. As senior manager of customer support and service for the Americas and Asia Pacific regions at Mindjet, he built, trained, and managed a team of 10 that provided customer service and all aspects of technical support.
