Crestron has expanded its global presence with the opening of a new office in Israel.
Crestron Israel, located in Kfar Saba, near Tel Aviv will provide dealer and customer training, sales operations, technical support, product demonstrations and customer events. With the rapid growth in both commercial and residential markets over the last several years, the creation of a permanent office in Israel was the right thing to do to support our Israel partners.
“The new office represents our commitment to growing our business and competing in Israel through direct communication, technical support and enhanced training programs,” said Randy Klein, Crestron executive vice president.
Scheduled to open this spring, the new office will be managed by Ronen Brookstein. Brookstein previously managed Barkai Benny Brookstein Ltd., the distributor for Crestron products in Israel for many years. The opening of the Crestron Israel office is a big change for Brookstein, but gives local Crestron customers the benefit of years of experience and well-known faces in this new venture.
“We have had tremendous success over the last 20 years and we continue to see potential for more growth in Israel,” Brookstein said. “The new office allows us to build the market, promote the Crestron brand and provide Israel with a new level of support that Crestron is known for in the global market.”
Showcasing Crestron integrated technology in a real-world environment, the new office features full training and product demonstration areas running Crestron hardware and software solutions including DigitalMedia, Fusion EM, Fusion RV, and Crestron lighting controls. The facility is located next to a small convention center where Crestron will host larger Technical Institute classes and sales training.
