Crestron has announced it is launching the Innovative Insights Speaker Series at CEDIA EXPO 2011.

Crestron will host Kevin Lambidonis, CEO of DES; Dave Raines, Osbee president; and Shannon Strother, Southwest Audio/Visual Sales Executive to discuss best practices, innovative Crestron home technology applications, and more. With extensive experience in the custom electronics industry, these integrators will share a wealth of experience, advice, and best practices to CEDIA members.

“We are excited to welcome three of our elite dealer partners to our stage during CEDIA EXPO,” said Vincent Bruno, Crestron director of marketing. “CEDIA Expo provides the perfect setting for the discussion. Each dealer offers a unique perspective on the residential market, and we look forward to learning from their insights about the industry and about their business methodologies.”

Lambidonis will lead a discussion on Thursday, September 8 at 11:30 a.m. about getting the most out of an iPad for home control. He will also discuss HomeSuite, an app DES created to integrate on the Crestron platform and provide remote mobile management of the home. On Thursday, September 8 at 3:30 p.m., Raines will educate attendees about how to provide maximum value for their customers with complete integrated home technology. With the analog sunset upon us, Strother will shed light on how to easily and affordably upgrade from analog to digital during his presentation on Friday, September 9 at 2:30 p.m.

“Our industry is evolving rapidly,” adds Bruno. “This is an excellent forum to learn about what’s working in today’s market.”
