Crown Audio, an independent audio/video retailer in central Florida and a member of Home Entertainment, has opened its new Winter Park, FL, showroom.
Crown Audio’s Winter Park location joins its sister store in Lake Mary to provide ventral Floridians with top-quality audio/video design, integration, and customer service.
“We were fortunate enough to grow and expand during this economy, and began experiencing a high demand from clients who wanted us to have offices closer to their homes near Winter Park,” said Wael Yacoub, vice president of Crown Audio. “With this showroom, we identified a hole in the market and will continue to grow our customer base while giving clientele added convenience.”
“We can even take the proposed gear for a client’s system and set it up in a room to demo their exact proposed setups,” said Yacoub. “By catering to the client in this way, we put customer service above selling and focus on the friend relationship before anything else.”
In addition to experiencing different rooms, such as the theater, bar area, or 3D room, Crown Audio lets customers dive right in by including them in the demonstration itself. When a customer walks in the door, Crown Audio downloads a URC app to their personal smart phone and allows them to start controlling the various systems by linking them into URC’s Total Control system.
