Dallas Expo Breaks Attendance Record

The manufacturers representative firm reported record attendance at its two-day EXPO II.

Dallas, TX–KA Marketing, the manufacturers representative firm, reported record attendance at its EXPO II, a two-day event held on February 28 and March 1, 2007. The event was held at the United Leather USA factory, one of Americas leading home theater furnishings manufacturers.

This show has been excellent, said Mason Granade of Home Cinema & Hi-Fi in Monroe, Louisiana, KA Marketing Expo II. [It was] well worth the five-hour drive to Dallas. We were able to see many new products and meet with key managers one-on-one. Expo II provided the opportunity for personal networking with other dealers and key factory principals and managers.

This years exposition drew almost 200 home theater and consumer electronic product dealers, sales people, and installers from all over KA Marketings territory: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Attendees enjoyed product presentations and demos by numerous complementing manufacturers, mini-product training sessions and CEDIA Certification training (Home Theater Audio Boot Camp, Installer Level I Review and Installer Level I exam). Enhanced training sessions for Russound RNET, Life|ware, Niveus, and Media Dcor ran throughout the show. The KA Marketing Expo showcased seven separate rooms for manufacturers presentations and training sessions along with a main showroom where vendor displays lined the walls featuring many new products. Manufactures were provided individual time slots for mini-training and product demonstration sessions throughout the two-day event.

Reflecting on the success of its Second Annual New Products and Training Exposition, KA Marketing principal Andrew Ard said, We were very pleased to have offered the enlarged venue, expanded training and CEDIA certification this year. The dealers enthusiasm and participation levels were invigorating throughout the two-day event–they were all quite happy with the expanded show and training opportunities.

KA Marketings newest line additions of Life|ware, Qsonix, and Visual Sports Systems received a warm welcome from all attendees. EXPO II exhibitors included Russound, Life|ware, Runco, Triad, Niveus Media, Mirage, Athena, Energy, Audio Control, Da-Lite, Krell, Media Dcor, Music Giants, Visual Sports Systems, PHC, APC AV, Qsonix, Vidikron, United Leather, and Wireworld. More than 40 national factory principals and managers participated in this year’s show.
