Mike Sonntag joins Dana Innovations from Best Buy, where he worked for the past eight years in the company’s Business and Retail divisions, and most recently was general manager of the Magnolia Design Center, in Costa Mesa, CA. Throughout his tenure at Best Buy, Sonntag consistently grew market share for new and existing vendors through strategic relationships.

“His keen eye for emerging technologies and innovation will make for a great fit for his role at Dana Innovations,” said Ari Supran, CEO of Dana Innovations.

Sonntag will be based in Dana’s San Clemente corporate headquarters, where he will primarily focus on expanding the market for the Sonance Landscape Series and new iPort introductions.

Robert Hallam brings to Dana 25 years of experience in the custom electronics industry, where he owned both retail stores and a custom installation company. For the past year, Hallam has served on the EMEA Board of CEDIA and has traveled extensively to bring the custom installation message to emerging markets. His experience, industry knowledge and connections will suit him well as he develops new opportunities for the Sonance Landscape Series and iPort product lines. Hallam will be based in his home country of Ireland.
