Scottsdale, AZ–DBL Distributing Inc. has reported that its revenues for 2005 increased 30 percent over 2004.
“Coming off last year’s strong performance, we are pleased to show continued growth and improving financial fundamentals,” said David Lorsch, president and CEO of DBL Distributing. “Robust customer demand among independent retailers and continued growth in online shopping coupled with best in class service levels, improved operations and an expanded roster of manufacturers now in excess of 340 brand names, fueled this year’s results. Throughout 2005, DBL signed new distribution agreements with Philips, Daewoo, JVC, Protron, Microsmith, Marsh Sound Design, Astar Electronics, EasyMount, HiFi Works and Christie significantly expanding the company’s offerings in the home theater and custom installation categories. DBL also agreed to new distribution partnerships with Altec Lansing, Pacific Design and Dream Gear adding to an already strong line of iPod accessories. Other new manufacturers joining DBL’s roster in 2005 include Navman, Directed, Mobile TV, Etymotic Research, GN Netcom, Spectare, Blackberry, Casio, American Recorder, and Fellowes, adding to the company’s offerings in photo/video, mobile A/V, computer, video gaming, and professional A/V categories.
