The Solo combines three speakers (left main, center, and right main) in one aircraft-grade aluminum enclosure that can be either wall mounted (using the included stainless steel wall mounting brackets), placed on a shelf or on top of a TV.

The Solo may be used by itself or combined with a Definitive subwoofer and a pair of speakers for surround (like the Mythos Gems) for a compact and complete ultra high performance home theater.

The Mythos Solo measures 40- x 4-1/8- x 4-1/4 inch (LWD). Its driver complement (which is basically the same as two Mythos Gems plus a Mythos Seven center channel) is two three inch drivers plus a one-inch pure aluminum dome tweeter, in a unique curved DAppolito array that results in wider dispersion and an expanded image size (for each left and right channel module), pressure coupled bass radiators and a one-inch pure aluminum dome tweeter for the center channel module.

There are three Linkwitz-Riley crossovers to ensure perfect driver blending. Recommended amplification for each channel is 10 175 watts and the frequency response is 60 Hz 30 kHz.

Available in polished silver or polished black. Projected retail price is $699.
