2013 marks D&H Distributing’s 95th year in business. To commemorate the occasion and thank dealers, retailers and e-tailers for their patronage, the distributor will run a special Anniversary Promotion during each quarter of 2013.

Customers are automatically entered to win one of the 95 Anniversary prizes by purchasing $1,000 worth of merchandise from D&H Distributing between now and March 31, 2013. D&H will also continue to offer additional promotions and enhanced rewards in Q1 2013 through existing offerings such as its Incentives Rewards program.

For quarter one, a total of 95 individual D&H customers will be awarded a USB 3.0 VGA external video card, which allows end-users to utilize more than one monitor at a time per workstation. The anniversary promotions will repeat throughout 2013, with a new prize being offered to 95 different qualifying customers each quarter. D&H customers in both the U.S. and Canada are eligible.

Going into 2013, the distributor has added 27 additional manufacturers that are offering prizes for redemption in its Incentives Rewards Mall compared to Q1 2012. This includes brands such as Vera Bradley, Vera Wang, Callaway and Nook.

Of D&H’s many milestones, the company has close to quardrupled its revenues in the past decade alone, thanks to its loyal customer base. Such increases have been exclusively organic, achieved through sales efforts and the company’s outstanding customer service business model, as opposed to mergers or acquisitions, the company says.

“We’ve been working with D&H since 1976, and in all that time, the company’s ethic in helping us develop our business has been consistent, diligent and quite valuable,” said Gene Pedriani, president of PAMCO Enterprises, one of D&H’s long-held customers. “They’ve been a critical supply partner going back to before personal PCs. Their reps have stood by us through every market transition, pointing out new opportunities and helping us get to know unfamiliar technologies as developments arise—and they always arise.”

“We foresee an exciting 2013,” said Dan Schwab, co-president at D&H. “The company is proud to have grown along with the supply channel and the industry as a whole. As you get bigger, it doesn’t get easier, however. We are always trying to evolve to deliver the most value for our customers and vendors, because we know our success comes at their hands. Our employee ownership structure truly is a key differentiator that drives our service model and continuous improvement focus, with a goal to exceed the expectations of those customer and vendor partners.”
