DIpartner and Paragon Technology Group Create Educational Program

Training group will support integration firm in its development of low-voltage installation practices and standards.

Aspen, CO–Industry training company, DIpartner, and systems integration firm, Paragon Technology Group, have kicked off a new partnership
with a three-day training session in Colorado. The partnership will
support low-voltage installation practices and standards within
Paragon to keep its staff following the same guidelines as the NEC, TIA,
etc., along with the companys own internal protocols and processes.

We have learned that education and standards in the industry are vital
to consistency in a high end quality product, said Dean Callis, spokesman
for Paragon. Paragon prides itself on this philosophy along with
supporting its staff with a career path that relies on education at all
levels.

Todd B. Adams, CEO and founder of DIpartner, personally taught course
reviews and administered CEDIA certification exams to the Paragon
staffers at the recent training session. We are pleased that Paragon
recognizes the value of training to maintain its high standards in
offering quality products to its customers, Adams said.

The first manual Paragon is publishing with DIpartner is a cabling guide
that will teach staff structural applications on proper wire pathways,
standards on wire pulling and terminations along with teaching
staff the companys internal best practices. Following the manual
publication, there will be a DIpartner/Paragon certification exam that
will need to be passed before employees are allowed to make a move in position and pay.

We pride ourselves on assisting our employees in a career path and
this is one way to do it along with the follow through with other
education paths,” Callis said.

Some of the other tailored manuals that the new partners plan are
audio/video distribution systems, calibration, home theater, project
management, and safety.

The value that is gained by working with a professional company such as DIpartner is priceless, Callis said.
