Distinct Distributors has announced the introduction of a new audio streaming product line, under the brand name of MainStream. Distinct has partnered with the offshore manufacturer iEast, a company in Shenzhen, China. Distinct Distributors will exclusively market and sell throughout the Americas, high quality Wi-Fi streaming products, while working closely with iEast on the design and development of new products. iEast will be responsible for the manufacturing of the product line, the development and updating of the multi-zone app, as well as negotiating agreements with music services from around the world.
Distinct Distributors is the current master distributor for many technologies in both the commercial and residential AV markets for Canada and the U.S.
“We have appointed Kevin Baisley as our vice president of sales for the U.S. and Latin American markets for Distinct,” said Langley. “Kevin has been working with me for a few years now and we feel confident Kevin will be extremely successful in launching the MainStream product line in the U.S.A. With our U.S. office located in South Florida, it affords us the opportunity to grow the retail, AV integrator and CI distributor channels exponentially over the next several years not only in the U.S., but Latin America as well.”
