DVDO will demonstrate the DVDO EDGE Green, a high-definition video processor and connectivity hub solution, and the iScan Duo video processing product, at the CEDIA EXPO.
DVDO will exhibit the EDGE Green and iScan Duo at booth # 531 at the CEDIA EXPO.

The EDGE Green, which replaces DVDO’s EDGE, is a lower power, more cost-effective product that enables plug-and-play management of legacy audio/video devices and the viewing of pristine video on newer HDTVs. The iScan Duo is the first HD video processor with dual HDMI video output capability enabling a direct connection to two separate HD displays, as well as professional quality calibration unique to each content source and HDTV combination. Both EDGE Green and iScan Duo video processing technologies deliver reference-quality images across a wide range of displays and sources.
“We’ve had a long partnership with DVDO because of its brand heritage and innovative product line-up for the home theater and connectivity space,” said Derek Smith, chief technical officer of SpectraCal. “The combination of our color calibration software and the iScan Duo platform helps to deliver revenue expansion opportunities to dealers and installers.”
The iScan Duo also has two independent HDMI video outputs, a dedicated HDMI audio output, and eight HDMI inputs that allow the iScan Duo to convert standard-definition, HD and PC signals from a DVD player/recorder, Blu-ray Disc player, DVR, game console, or home theater PC (HTPC) to any output resolution up to 1080p. The solution serves as a complete AV hub, providing AV switching that automatically syncs between audio and video signals and enables direct connections to a DTV, projector and AV receiver.
DVDO will exhibit and host technology demonstrations including the EDGE Green and iScan Duo at booth # 531 at the Indiana Convention Center.
