At CEDIA, Dynaudio will showcase a diverse range of new loudspeakers reflecting its 40 years of experience crafting audio products, now with a focus on the custom install space.

At CEDIA, Dynaudio will showcase a diverse range of new loudspeakers reflecting its 40 years of experience crafting audio products, now with a focus on the custom install space.

The company will present models from its product lines in an array of refined finishes, highlight new additions to its arsenal of products, and showcase a professional-grade luxury home cinema system that offers the most immersive theater performance and ultimate listening experience.

“This is our second year in an expansive 40×40 booth that really allows us to show off the matchless look and sound of our loudspeaker products,” said Andrew Werdean, CEO, North and South America for Dynaudio. “At our booth, we’ll feature models from across our acclaimed portfolio, with exciting new options for custom installation. For the first time, in a special demonstration, we’ll also showcase a high-end $150,000 home cinema system built on our renowned high-end driver technologies and our new custom install products. We’re confident that the power and quality of the Cinema Master sound experience will amaze.”

At CEDIA 2017, Dynaudio and Datasat, along with a select group of partner vendors, will offer a sneak preview of the ultra-high-performance Cinema Master theater system in the Carlsbad Room of the Marriott Marquis hotel (located adjacent to the San Diego Convention Center). Cinema Master demonstrations are scheduled for every half hour between 10 a.m and 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 7, and on Friday, September 8.

The Cinema Master is intended as an ultimate-performance home theater system based on advanced Dynaudio loudspeaker technologies that are professional-grade and provide an unmatched level of durability while enabling truly incomparable audio quality. The Cinema Master 60 loudspeaker boasts unsurpassed attention to detail; an impressive 22Hz-21kHz frequency response; and accurate, clear, and powerful dynamics without compression or distortion, even at SPL levels over 135dB.

The Cinema Master 60 features Dynaudio’s Esotar2 tweeter and one of the world’s most technically refined, handmade drivers to ensure perfect sound. At CEDIA 2017, the brand-new speaker will be mated to Dynaudio’s Studio Series high-performance in-ceiling and in-wall custom installation loudspeaker models to create a home theater setup. Combined with Datasat’s RS20i high-end audio processor and RA2400 and RA7300 amplifiers, Dynaudio’s Cinema Master 60 delivers what the company considers “an uncompromising, immersive audio experience never before possible in the home.”

Dynaudio will showcase its Studio Series, which previewed at CEDIA last year and is now shipping worldwide. The first offering in Dynaudio’s brand-new custom install architectural loudspeaker range, the Studio Series installs quickly and easily while providing integrators with the flexibility needed to accommodate even the most challenging listening environments. The current products in the Studio Series include two round in-ceiling models, the S4-C65 and S4-C80, and two rectangular in-wall models, the S4-W65 and S4-W80.

New for CEDIA 2017, Dynaudio will present the latest additions to the line, including a new in-ceiling dual voice coil speaker, the DVC-65 (MSRP: $699), and a new modular LCR (left, center, right) in-wall speaker system, the S4-LCR65. The S4-LCR65 offers a variety of flexible installation configurations, making it easy for installers to work around stud walls without any structural modification. Two available modules comprise a Dynaudio S4-LCR channel: the S4-LCR65W (MSRP: $699) dual-woofer bass module and the S4-LCR65MT (MSRP: $999) midrange/tweeter module.

With these new releases, slated to begin shipping in the fourth quarter of 2017, Dynaudio extends the availability of high-performing speaker options for flexible custom installation in the home.

Dynaudio’s new Special Forty Anniversary Speaker reflects and revisits 40 years of cutting-edge research, craftsmanship, and commitment to authentic sound. The elegant pair of passive hi-fi speakers is equipped with the company’s new Esotar Forty tweeter, which maximizes airflow for even more refinement. Special Forty features low resonant frequency, which smooths the transition to Dynaudio’s best 17cm woofer yet, plus the company’s classic first-order crossover designs that incorporate unique Phase Alignment and Impedance Alignment technologies. The Special Forty is offered in an exclusive grey birch high-gloss and red birch high-gloss finishes.

During this year’s CEDIA show, Dynaudio will offer attendees a sneak peek at newly finished products slated for release later this year.
