EDGE Distributors Group Renews President’s Term

President Mike Hench is voted in for another term and Brett Neiderman is appointed vice president.

Seattle, WA–The EDGE Distributors Group, a service-oriented group of 15 independently owned regional distributors catering primarily to custom install and residential systems integrators, has voted in Mike Hench as president for another two-year term with Brett Neiderman appointed as vice president for the next two years. The EDGE Group also signed Dorrance Supply Company as the Groups newest Midwest distributor and Radio and TV Equipment Inc. in the upper Midwest.

Mike HenchHench served as president in 2006 and 2007 and as vice president from 2002-2005. He is principal of Florida-based custom install products distribution company Electronics Source and representative firm LP Hench Company. Electronics Source joined The EDGE Distributors Group in 2001. Hench has been in the consumer electronics business since 1980.

The EDGE Group has also appointed co-founder and former vice president Neiderman as vice president for two years beginning 2008. He is principal of Pennsylvania-based custom install products distribution company Tech Source Distributors and sales representative firm NuTech Group. Neiderman replaces Woody Taylor, who served two-years as vice president. Taylor is a principal of the Dallas-based Dobbs Stanford Corporation sales representative firm and Electronic Lane distributors.

It is an honor to have Mike Hench continue on as President for another two-year term. Over the last six years, Mike has been extensively involved in the strategic planning and management of The EDGE Distributors Group, and in many ways it has been his vision and direction that elevated The EDGE Group to its current level, said Katye McGregor, director for The EDGE Group.
