Strengthening its commitment to high-end audio, ELAC has entered into an agreement to acquire high-end audio brand Audio Alchemy.
As part of the acquisition, Peter Madnick, founder of Audio Alchemy, and other key engineers will join the ELAC team. ELAC will also assume responsibility for sales, marketing, and support for all Audio Alchemy products.
