Hauppauge, NY–Electrograph Systems has opened the doors to a new factory-authorized service center in City of Industry, California (Los Angeles area). The company added the new service center following the acquisition of International Computer Graphics (ICG) in June 2006. With an existing service center on Long Island in New York, the Los Angeles location enables Electrograph to provide complete value-added coverage to its reseller customers nationwide.
“The expansion of our services division is an important component of our strategy as a value-added distributor,” said Electrograph CEO, Alan Marc Smith. “As part of our integration of ICG, we are introducing many aspects of our VAD model into their business and the service center is one of the steps in that process.”

Electrograph’s service authorizations include manufacturers such as Pioneer, Panasonic, NEC, Philips, LG/Zenith and Samsung.
