Entry-level electronic systems technicians (EST), recent high school graduates, and vocational and community schools have a new, tool available to them with the launch of ESPA’s new website at www.espa.org.

The site focuses on increasing awareness among students, employers, and schools regarding education and certification programs available to begin a career in the electronic systems contracting (ESC) industry.

ESPA’s new website includes career path resources, certification offerings, and industry-related data, all focused on helping entry-level professionals thrive and succeed as Certified-ESTs in the electronic systems contracting industry; as well as help schools incorporate technology-based education within their curriculum offerings.

According to ESPA’s chairman, Kerry Moyer, “Our new website emphasizes ESPA’s commitment to bringing technology-based curriculum into schools across the nation and globally. The demand for qualified technicians in the ESC industry is high. By infusing ESPA curriculum and resources within community and vocational schools, it will ensure that technicians entering the work force are qualified and knowledgeable.”

Organizations and schools interested in finding out more information about how they can become ESPA partners may contact ESPA treasurer Don Gilpin at [email protected].
