Firefly Creative Holds Sales Education for Technology Integrators

This month two new courses are offered focused on helping home and commercial technology systems professionals grow sales: “Discovery Selling Method 101” and “Firefly Sales Portfolio Training.” The new webinars are a continuation of the education initiative that launched at the beginning of March 2014.

The Discovery Selling Method course was created based on years of practice and fine-tuning with over 7,000 industry professionals and hundreds of end users. Since One Firefly was established in 2007, Ron Callis, Jr. has crusaded for electronic systems professionals to take a more thoughtful approach to the discovery phase of the sales process in order to improve client communication and accuracy of the sale.

According to Ron, the creator of the Discovery Selling Method, “Integrators should emphasize the value of their expertise and knowledge to clients, much like an architect, interior designer, and AV consultant who charges for their design time and expertise.”

April 2, 2014 marks the first time this industry-specific sales method will be delivered via webcast by Ron Callis with the help of industry sales expert Ami Wright (executive marketing advisor at Firefly Creative). “Discovery Selling Method 101” will take place at 10:00AM EDT on Wednesdays in April and offered as a live seminar at One Firefly offices in Hollywood, Florida on April 24.

“Ron first taught me the Discovery Selling Method four years ago, and it completely changed how I sell and how I work with the client,” said Dylan Aronsohn, president of AudioFaze, a technology integrator with offices in Hollywood, Florida and New York City. “I truly see myself as a consultant providing solutions, rather than an AV systems salesperson. I connect the needs and wants of my clients with the appropriate technology solutions.”

Additionally, product training on the Firefly Creative Sales Portfolio is offered at 12:00 pm EDT on Tuesdays. This powerful sales tool is used by over 500 integrators around the globe and incorporates the principles of the Discovery Selling Method.

Integrators from across North America and Europe attended one of the weekly marketing-focused webinars in March.
