Campbell, CA–FOCUS Enhancements Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Visual Circuits Corporation, a manufacturer of networked digital video systems, based in Minneapolis; and has signed a letter of intent to acquire COMO (Computer and Motion GmbH), a developer of video content management solutions, based in Kiel, Germany.
According to the FOCUS, the acquisitions significantly expand its digital media workflow solutions portfolio from capture, conversion, and creation to content management, storage, presentation and distribution.
