Petaluma, CA–Furman Sound and Panamax have been selected by the Progressive Retailers Organization (PRO) Group to supply power conditioners and surge protectors for resale by the PRO Group member companies.
Furman and Panamax are able to offer a complete line of equipment to address power management applications in consumer electronics, said Dave Keller, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Furman. And now, by creating one financial program for the two brands, were making it easy for PRO Group members to be able to offer their customers these two leading options in power conditioning and surge protection.
The PRO Group is an up-market buying group and its members include: Abt Electronics, Andersons, JB Audio Centre, Bjorns Audio/Video, Crutchfield Corporation, Electronics Expo, Flanners Home Entertainment, Huppins/OneCall, Ken Cranes, ListenUp, MyerEmco, Ovation Audio/Video, 6th Avenue Electronics, Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, and Vanns of Montana. While coordinating purchasing for its members, the PRO Group also facilitates idea exchanges on the best advertising, merchandising, and training practices.
